General Exchange/Returns Terms
- We must be notified of any exchange/returns within 7 daysfrom the order date. If your request is approved, it has to be completed within the next 3 working days. Any requests after will not be entertained.
- Exchange/returns will be handled strictly by mail only.
- 3. Any item must be returned in original condition with the tag intact. The item must be unworn/unwashed without any perfume stains/man-made stains or scents/deliberate damage etc. Returned items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer (with applicable delivery fees). We reserve the right to reject a return as we deem necessary.
- Exchanges/returns are on a one-time basis only.
- Store credit will be issued in event that replacement pieces are out of stock.
- Customers will be fully responsible for the postage fees incurred for the exchange/return.
Exchange Procedures
We take pride in ensuring that all items are checked before mailing. In an unlikely situation where a defect is found, we will accept an exchange within 7 days from the order date. All exchanges are done on a case by case basis.Sales items/discounted items/items purchased with promotional codes are not eligible for exchanges.
Take a clear snapshot of the defect and email to us at queensprinting@gmail.com with the subject header, "Exchange - Your Order ID", within 7 days from the date of order. Please wait for further instructions before mailing the parcel back to us.
We regret to inform that we do not accept exchanges for international orders at the moment. We assure you that all our items are specially checked before mailing overseas.
We Accept Exchanges For The Following Reasons:
- Defective item received
- Incorrect item received
- To exchange sizing (valid for regular priced apparel only).
What Is Considered Not Defective?
- Slight measurement difference: do note that there might be a slight difference in measurement of 0.5" to 1" as allof our products are mass produced.
- Colour difference: apparel colour might differ across monitor settings. The variance in colours will not be considered defective.
- Deliberate damage: if deliberate damage is done to the item for purposes of making the item eligible for exchange. E.g. Pen/pencil marks, food stains,perfume stains, deliberately removing a button or other forms of manipulation, etc.
- Tarnished jewellery: we are not responsible for tarnished jewellery due to contact with perfume, air exposure, etc. Each piece of jewellery is specially checked for and packed with air bubbles before it is sold.
- Personal preferences: personal dislikes of colours, materials and designs or differences in interpretation of our products.
- Variance in printed/dyedapparel: do note that there might be slight variances in printed/dyed apparel (floral prints/denim/crochet/lace)due to fabric placement. Requests for exchange due to such reasons will be rejected.
Queens printing reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice.
Return Procedures
We accept returns for all regular-priced apparels (excluding the use of promotional code/sale items) for store credit. There will be strictly no cash refunds except for the wrong item mailed. Please email us at queensprinting@gmail.com with the subject header "Return - Your Order ID" within 7 days from the date of orderand wait for further instructions before mailing the item back to us.
If the conditions stated under "General Exchange and Return Terms" are not met, we reserve the right to reject your return.
